Deadspin celebrates NBA Draft Day with great verve.
If the Cavs luck out and land UCLA point guard Jordan Farmar, the dynasty begins in '07... if Farmar can shoot for at least 42% from the field.
Also worth noting: Chad Ford, who scoops with less efficiency than everyone at ESPN save the worthless Marc Stein, claims that Portland has cooled on regional superstar Adam Morrison and will instead draft LaMarcus Aldridge, which means the Texas big man will flounder for three years in the Pacific Northwest before getting traded to Indiana, where he'll blossom into an All-Star.
I'm not going to get to watch much of the draft tonight, but it promises to fairly eventful despite the lack of potential superstars available.
